BaZi Naming ("we", "our", "us") provides Chinese metaphysics consultation services including BaZi readings, baby naming, and date selection through our website bazinaming.com.

2. Ordering & Payment

All orders are processed through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Payment is required in full before work begins on your reading.

3. Delivery

Readings are delivered within the timeframe stated for each service, counted in business days. Delivery times begin after successful payment confirmation.

4. Follow-up Questions

Some services include follow-up questions. These must be submitted within the window specified for your service. Unused questions do not carry over or transfer.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the personalised nature of our services, refunds are not available once work has commenced on your reading. If your order has not yet been started, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of payment.

BaZi readings are for informational and entertainment purposes. They should not be used as a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.
